This Privacy Policy explains how SpaceNet SpA ("SpaceNet Games", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Chile, handles information when you use our games and apps (the "Apps"), including Minesweeper / Buscaminas, and this website.

1. Summary

• You can play without creating an account.
• Your progress, settings, coins and statistics are stored on your device.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Some features rely on third-party services (online multiplayer, ads and in-app purchases), described below.

2. Information stored on your device

The Apps save your settings, game statistics, coins, unlocked items, daily-challenge results and streaks, and saved games locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, it is deleted.

3. Online multiplayer

When you choose to play online, the App connects to our server provider Supabase to create or join game rooms and to exchange game data (for example, room codes, board seed and moves) with the other player. Matches may also use a direct peer-to-peer connection (WebRTC) between devices; in that case, the other player's device can see your device's IP address, as is normal for this technology. Room data is temporary and is used only to run the match.

4. Advertising

Free versions of the Apps may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system and app interactions to show ads, limit repetition, measure performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), we will ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads). More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. In-app purchases

Purchases (for example, removing ads) are processed by Google Play or the relevant app store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm and restore your purchase.

6. Sharing results

If you tap "Share", the App prepares a short text with your result and opens your device's share menu. Nothing is sent unless you choose an app and send it.

7. Crash and diagnostic data

The app store (for example, Google Play) may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregate statistics, according to your device settings. We use them only to fix problems and improve the Apps.

8. Children

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. How long we keep information

Information on your device stays there until you delete it. Temporary multiplayer room data is deleted after the match or after a short period of inactivity. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and for our legitimate records.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Chilean law and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to support@spacenetgames.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections for online features. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Future features

If we add features such as user accounts, nicknames, cloud saves or leaderboards, we will update this policy before they become available and explain what is collected and why.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the App when possible.
