Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the games and apps published by SpaceNet SpA ("SpaceNet Games", "we") (the "Apps"). By downloading or using an App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from.

2. Virtual coins and items

The Apps may include virtual coins, skins and other items earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. Because they are stored on your device, they may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the relevant app store, under its own terms. Refunds are handled according to that store's policies, except where the law of your country grants you additional rights. If you change devices, you can restore non-consumable purchases (such as removing ads) using the same store account.

4. Fair play and online features

You agree not to cheat, hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with servers, harass other players or use the online features for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to online features for anyone who breaks these rules. Online features may be changed, interrupted or discontinued.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, graphics, sounds, names and logos, belong to SpaceNet SpA or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the license described above.

6. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpaceNet SpA will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from the use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
